Sarah Price Hancock, CEO
Certified rehabilitation counselor, independent researcher, author and Audit ECT Campaign Leader. Sarah’s efforts locally and internationally as a patient safety advocate focus on improving safe practices and informed consent.
Sarah holds a master’s in rehabilitation counseling. She is a former professor of clinical psychiatric rehabilitation at San Diego State University’s rehabilitation counseling program. She hosts “The Emotional Self-Reliance Podcast” and guest lectures on the consequences of electrical injury.
She now lives with the neurological sequalae of electrical injury, diagnosed with myoneural disorder. Sarah’s chronic exposure to non-ionizing radiation came in the form of electroconvulsive therapy’s electrical injury.
